Hair care tips can be useful for everyone, because everybody wants to have healthy hair that is shiny and lustrous. About 78% of women are unhappy with the type of hair they possess. Seems like maintaining good and attractive tresses is a big issue these days…It’s important to take a good care of your locks, if you want to have that “glossy” hair full of volume. Maintaining healthy and flourishing natural hair within your natural hair journey requires a basic acceptance of the best techniques for optimum hair health, length retention and hair growth.
Don't do for hair

Don't Use hot water:  Hot water can damage your hair in the same way that the heat from heat styling tools does – by dehydrating your hair and causing split ends. So, always wash your hair with either lukewarm or cool water to close the hair cuticles and retain the moisture in it.

Don't tie your hair up tight:  Tie your hair up loosely with a soft hair elastic or band if you like sleeping with your hair tied up. Tight ponytails and buns can pull at your hair and cause them to break as you toss and turn at night.

Don’t wash your hair every day: The last and most important tip for washing your hair is this – Don’t wash your hair every day. While you may think you are being very hygienic, all this will do is dehydrate and damage your hair, strip it of its natural oils, and make it more prone to breakage and hair fall.

Avoid heat styling:While it is best that you stopped using heat styling tools altogether, I know it can be impossible for a lot of you out there. So, a good compromise is to limit your heat styling to once or twice a week. After all, applying heat to your hair too often can cause split ends and damage to your hair.

    Do's for hair
A lot of hair care may seem to involve applying some stuff or doing some other things to it. But, in reality, a major part of hair care is dependent on what kind of food you eat. So here are a few things that you can include in your diet to boost your hair health:
Green leafy vegetables:-

Include plenty of dark green   vegetables in your diet. These vegetables contain plenty of vitamins A and C that are needed to produce sebum. Sebum is an oily substance considered as body's natural hair conditioner is secreted by the hair follicles.

Protein:-
As hair is made of protein, ensuring you have enough protein in your diet is crucial for making hair strong and healthy. If you are not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Extremely low protein diets may result in restricted hair growth and even hair loss. Hair is made up of cells called keratin. Enhancing the growth of these cells keeps your hair naturally healthy, which in turn helps your hair grow long and strong. A protein rich meal is a healthy, natural source of keratin. Apart from protein, vitamin C from spices and veggies can help the production of keratin too.

Vitamin C:-

Vitamin C aids the absorption of iron so foods high in vitamin C are good to eat in conjunction with iron-rich foods. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant so is used readily by the body. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. Vitamin C helps in the production of collagen which strengthens the capillaries that supply the hair shafts.

Vitamin E:-

The sun can damage our hair just like it can damage our skin so ensure you eat foods rich in vitamin E to provide protection for your hair. Nuts are nutritional powerhouses, providing zinc and selenium as well as vitamin E so try to include them as part of a balanced diet.
